RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping and no handling. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
Even after the 30-day timeframe has passed, we’ll replace any defective item for up to a full year from the date of purchase. All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a motorheadsets.com customer service representative. Verification of the reported issues will be completed through an inspection upon our receipt of the returned item(s). After our review, you’ll receive an exchange or merchandise credit.

Based on the size and weight of the product, the packaging slip may contain a return label. If your package does not contain a return label, please contact us via the form below, so we can determine the best method to return the product.

- You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to motorheadsets.com.

- You chose the wrong size.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
The following reasons are not covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
- The products were damaged due to washing or using, and the labels were removed and lost.
- 30 days after receiving the product, they are considered non-refundable.
Return Service Procedure
- Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.
- Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
- Step 3: Drop off you package at the local post office.
- Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged or altered in any way.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- The damaged item is damaged/broken or twisted upon arrival.
- The size/color of the clothes received is incorrect.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Refund Time
After we receive the product returned by the customer, we will perform a refund within 24 hours after confirming that the product and packaging are intact. Your specific refund arrival time depends on the time of paypal and the bank where your bank card is located. Under normal circumstances, it will be credited within 10 working days. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Motorheadsets.com will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure and double-check all information entered on checkout. Within 1-5 business days of purchase, Motorheadsets.com processes the orders. No changes can not be applied after that. The customer would then be responsible for re-route charges.
